Comprehensive Systems Improvement Process ® (CSIp®)

The Comprehensive Systems Improvement Process will provide a focused clinical and/or operational systems analysis based on organization data (compliance, quality measure/indicators, current client data, satisfaction activity reporting, quality benchmarks, etc.). The CSIp process will assist a provider in conducting root cause analysis and creating a strategic plan for improvement.

Providers who can benefit from this unique approach include: skilled nursing facility, assisted living, senior housing, and home health standards of practice.
