As a founder of Pathway Health Services, Debby Schuna shares responsibility for the overall management, development and direction of the company. As CEO, Debby is responsible for establishing Pathway Health Services’ reputation for excellence in clinical consultation, strong market position and innovative clinical program development.

She has operational expertise in regulatory turnaround, management and compliance. Since founding Pathway Health Services in 1996, Debby has been instrumental in many successful return to compliance projects, all having customer satisfaction scores over 97 percent.

Debby is licensed as a registered nurse in multiple states and provides over twenty-five years of health care operations and development experience. Prior to founding Pathway, Debby was responsible for specialty program development to expand continuum of care nationally and the redesign and rightsizing of a clinical organization. Debby’s operational systems experience includes developing program models for managed care.
