Dietary / Nutrition Services
We can provide consultation on all aspects of dietary services including but
not limited to: quality and
nutritional content of food served, quality of the dining experience, cost
effectiveness, compliance with standards, laws and regulations, staffing,
training, sanitation, safety, supplies and maintenance of equipment and work
areas.
We can evaluate your current policies and procedures.
Our experts can maintain accurate and current documentation in medical
record as well as current dietary records as required.
Our experienced consultants can assess facility compliance with all
applicable federal, state and local laws and/or regulations, all regulations
governing medical or health assistance programs and Facility dietary related
policies and procedures.
In addition, we can participate in Facility in-service training and
development. Maintain up to date knowledge and meet responsibilities,
professional standards and principles required of a Consultant Dietitian as
defined in federal, state and local laws and regulations and all regulations
governing medical or health assistance programs
Provide ServSafe training as requested.
