As Chief Operating Officer of Pathway Health Services, Donna Webb has responsibility for the overall operational leadership. Donna is primarily responsible for managing Pathway’s operational vice presidents, implementing programs and overseeing corporate and regional operations.

She has played a key role in the growth and development of our business practices and personnel. With over 20 years of leadership and consulting experience in long term care, Donna’s experience includes 10 years of consulting on a national level to Volunteers of America by assisting with the clinical direction, policy and procedure development, and the growth, guidance and support of the Directors of Nursing.

Prior to becoming a consultant, she spent ten years in the long term care industry in hands-on management roles. Her leadership philosophy is participatory, inclusive and highly communicative, yet decisive. Donna’s success is built on developing relationships with her employees, clients and vendors.
