Duncan McDougall

Duncan McDougall is a founder and Chairman of Pathway Health Services since 1996. Duncan provides key management, strategic planning, and operational program and system enhancements for major client organizations. He also assists clients with developing and maximizing management and leadership effectiveness on a national basis.

Prior to founding Pathway, Duncan held management positions in major provider organizations that were both for-profit and not-for-profit. In these executive positions, he played critical roles in planning and operational implementation, achieving highly successful outcomes. Duncan began his career more than 30 years ago as a facility administrator and regional manager prior to assuming corporate leadership roles.
