Betty Brunner’s 35 years of experience in long term care includes a diverse range of positions including Director of Nursing, Administrator and Consultant. Betty is a nationally recognized speaker on client safety and protection, recruitment and retention, acuity based staffing, regulatory compliance and management issues in long term care.

Her dedication to community and the healthcare industry is evidenced by her roles as Past President of the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council and Make-A-Wish Foundation. She has received recognition from Cardinal Stritch University as alumni of the year for community service.

Betty is skilled in interpretation of regulatory requirements and in the creation of operational processes from those requirements to meet the clinical needs of residents. She is an expert witness representing multiple healthcare organizations with leading healthcare attorneys.
