Lisa Thomson’s hands on style and regulatory expertise are unparallel in the industry. Lisa has extensive experience in the daily operations of long term care organizations, holding executive positions in various organizations before joining Pathway Health Services.

She is skilled in the coordination and leadership of compliance teams to aide facilities in achieving regulatory turnaround. One of Lisa’s strengths is interpreting regulations and converting that knowledge into operational processes. She also performs operational assessments of long term care organizations and assists in the development and implementation of strategic plans.

Lisa brings 20 years experience in healthcare and long term care settings to her position as vice president of Operations at Pathway.
