"We used to use our own corporate consultants to fill interim roles when
necessary; however found this had an adverse affect on the functions of
our other communities.
Pathway was able to provide us with the same consultants to temporarily
fill rolls, allowing them to learn our systems, policies and procedures
so that they could be utilized in any community necessary. Therefore
eliminating the need to retrain a new consultant each time a situation
would arise.
