Wound & Continence Team


Jeri Lundgren
Jeri Ann Lundgren, RN, CWS, CWCN, Director of Wound & Continence Management
Jeri Ann Lundgren, RN, CWS, CWCN has been working in Long Term Care since 1990, specializing in wound care nationally since 1994. She is board certified as a CWS (Certified Wound Specialist) by the American Academy of Wound Management and a CWCN (Certified Wound Care Nurse) by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Society. Her extensive background in wound management in long term care nationally includes: survey management, litigation support, wound care consultation and program development, trainer/liaison for Minnesota’s QIO, Stratis Health and Wisconsin’s QIO MetaStar and Clinical Wound Expert for the Minnesota Department of Health and Veterans Homes. Her background also includes 4 years as a Director of Nurses in a Long Term Care facility.

Susan Kelleher
Susan K. Kelleher, RN, BA
Susan Kelleher is a registered nurse with 30 years experience in health care. She has served in a wide variety of clinical and managerial positions including Director of Nurses in both Home Health and Long Term Care. She also directed a large wound care program in Chicago which focused on the disease state management model of treating chronic and acute wounds. As a Pathway Health Services consultant, Susan provides a range of services however; her primary focus of expertise is with the wound care and incontinence team. She is currently enrolled in the Certified Wound Care Nurse program through the WOCN.

Mary Mack
Mary Mack, RN, BSN
Ms. Mack has over 25 years of experience in wound management. She has worked as a wound care consultant in long term care for several large pharmaceutical companies, such as KCI, Johnson & Johnson and Healthpoint. She is also a nationally recognized speaker on wound care.

Betty Willy
Betty Willy MA, PT, CWS
Betty Willy MA, PT, CWS, has been a Physical Therapist for over 40 years, working in Long Term Care Rehabilitation since 1985, and specializing in wound care since 1990. She is board certified as a CWS (Certified Wound Specialist) by the American Academy of Wound Management. She provides education in the prevention and management of chronic wounds to Physical Therapy Students at Ohio University, Nurses and Therapists involved in direct care and Care Givers working in Home Care and Long Term Care. She has conducted numerous workshops for state organizations and provided consulting services to nurses and therapists in all venues of health care.

Catherine Baker
Catherine Baker, RN, BSN, CWCN, WCC
Catherine has over 30 years of nursing experience specializing in Wound Care since 1994. Catherine has two Wound Certifications, one through the WOCN Society and one through the National Alliance of Wound Care where she is the Vice President of the organization. Catherine has extensive experience working as a Wound Care Consultant throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
