• Training Options – From classroom, onsite, and virtual - to support your members in keeping up to date with the latest leadership, clinical, operational, quality, regulatory, and reimbursement information. We offer full day, ½ day and customized options for your members. Our goal is to meet your members’ training needs, wherever and whenever they need it most. Most of our education and classroom trainings offer CEs to support the ongoing licensure requirements of your clinical team.
• Certification and Advanced Courses – Offering courses including AAPACN, Restorative Nursing, Positive Approach to Care®, Frailty and INTERACT certification courses. Pathway Health also offers Geri-Res® which is a nurse residency program designed for long term care, assisted living and home health nurses new to the industry.
• Products and Resources –A full compliment of clinical and operation manuals, toolkits, QuickPATH© streamlined leadership resources, clinical and regulatory resources, and tools to keep your members navigate the changes impacting their organizations. These are available in print, downloadable or customizable options. Pathway will work with you on an approach that make these valuable resources available to your members. Our team of education experts provides presentations for Association conferences, in-person member trainings, and webinars.
