Jody Carver – Director of Business Development
Jody is responsible for fostering key customer relationships as well as overseeing and directing business development efforts for Pathway. She has a depth of knowledge and experience in the senior living, home care, hospice, and long-term care professions. She brings more than 20 years of sales leadership experience and expertise with a keen focus on business development. She is an accomplished and creative sales healthcare executive recognized for servant leadership and collaborative team development, and understands the importance of delivering best-in-class customer service and experiences all while analyzing organizational needs to design strategies to reach both short and long-term goals.
Jody is an experienced sales leader as well as a licensed assisted living director. With her extensive background she understands customer needs related to operations, clinical and financial outcomes as well as overall market and sales demands for sustainability and growth. She has the unique ability to assist customers in identifying needs through her understanding of the profession and current marketplace and assists in determining the support and resources needed for success. She has a passion for the profession and does not take for granted the privilege of working with professionals who support and serve our older adult population.
Jody has had the opportunity to support and mentor many individuals within senior care, home and community-based care and long-term care settings, equipping teams and leaders to provide quality care and services to older adults.

Chandler Hulke, LHSE – Director of Leadership Services
In the role of Director of Leadership Services, Chandler assists with the development and implementation of products, resources, education and consulting services related to interim services, support for emerging leaders and other leadership resources for our customers.
Chandler has a depth of experience in the senior living and long-term care profession as a leader in skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. She has experience in leadership and oversight of daily operations of senior living and long-term care organizations. Chandler has keen knowledge and insight in operations, financial performance, compliance, quality systems, mentoring leaders, and performance improvement. Her exceptional leadership style utilizes her ability to identify gaps in performance while leveraging the skills and talents of team members for a collaborative approach to meet and exceed operational goals.
Chandler is a a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator – Minnesota and Licensed Health Services Executive and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she received a degree in Health Care Administration. She has had the opportunity to mentor many individuals within senior care and long-term care settings, which has come to be a passion of hers of building and equipping the next round of leaders to provide quality care and services to older adults.
