In her role, Colleen is responsible for leadership, oversight, and strategic vision for clinical services and solutions for our company. She has extensive clinical experience across the health care continuum.  She aspires to promote quality of care and has a Six Sigma Green Belt in Health Care. Prior to her current role, she held the roles of Director of Consulting Services and an accomplished clinical and reimbursement consultant, excelling in interim leadership roles in long term care and assisted living, developing educational programs and national Clinical Reimbursement Specialist. Colleen’s passion is to promote excellence in long term care through education, mentoring, and ongoing quality improvement.

Colleen is a licensed registered nurse with a Master’s in Nursing degree. She has received numerous certifications including, Gerontological Nurse, Certified Dementia Trainer, Certified Wound Care Nurse, Certified Eden Alternative Trainer, and has a Six Sigma Green Belt in Health Care. Colleen is also a MDS and Medicare Master Trainer for the American Association of Post Acute Care Nursing, INTERACT Certified Trainer, Nursing Assistant Instructor, and ICD-10 Audit Nursing Instructor.
