As the Director of Regulatory and Consulting Services, Nancy supports both new and existing Pathway Health consultants, fostering engagement while collaborating with human resources, operations, and other Directors. Drawing on her extensive expertise, she oversees the development and delivery of products, resources, education, and consulting services related to regulatory guidance and compliance for our SNF and AL customers. Additionally, she will provide valuable support and guidance to our team and clients.

Nancy’s 23-year journey with Pathway Health began as a nurse consultant and progressed to her most recent role as Pathway Engagement Consultant/Senior Consultant, where she mentored and supported team members across the organization. Her unwavering dedication, commitment, and passion for Pathway Health and the health care profession shine through in every aspect of her work. 

Nancy’s broad expertise encompasses regulatory compliance, organizational turnaround, performance improvement, leadership mentoring, and the development of innovative resources and education to help providers adapt to the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
