Mary Buth Joins Pathway Health as Director of Business Development

In her role, Mary Buth is responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day sales efforts and building key customer relationships. She has a depth of knowledge, experience, and expertise in healthcare sales, marketing, and business development with a specific focus on post-acute care. Mary brings more than 10 years of sales leadership experience and market development expertise with a keen focus on business development. She is an experienced healthcare sales executive, skilled in marketing, partnership and program management, and project coordination.

Mary understands the importance of delivering best-in-class customer service and experiences all while being an innovative thinker, anticipating trends and objectives to streamline operations, key metrics, and performance at all levels. She is recognized for leading programs that improve long-term vision and organizational goals.

Mary has achieved recognition for her ability to anticipate customers’ needs. Throughout the years she has earned the trust of many customers and maintained strong customer relationships generating repeat business. With her leadership and customer relations background, Mary understands customer needs related to operations, clinical and financial outcomes as well as overall market and sales demands for sustainability and growth. Through a collaborative approach, she has the unique ability to assist customers in identifying needs through her understanding of the profession and current marketplace and assists organizations in determining the support and resources needed for success.
