Staying Survey-Ready: Leadership Insights for Evolving Expectations

This engaging presentation will walk operational and clinical leaders through the iQIES Reports that will serve as a foundation for survey preparedness.

CMS generates many reports and data, leaving leaders overwhelmed and not knowing where to turn. The attendees will learn where to find the iQIES reports that can be used for regulatory preparedness and how to use the reports to improve operational, clinical and financial outcomes.

Session Objectives:

  • Understand the CMS reports available for SNF leaders
  • Review the leadership CMS report checklist that will serve as a guide in an organization’s survey preparedness process
