Pathway Health will provide a qualified consultant to assist the client virtually with preparation for the Appendix PP 4.28.2025 changes regarding the following areas:

• Admission, Transfer, Discharge
• Unnecessary Drug Psychotropics
• Medical Director
• QAPI
• Infection Control and COVID Vaccination
• Resident Assessment & Accuracy of Assessments
• CPR
• Pain Management

This consultation will include eight hours of offsite data review/virtual consultation with the facility team, resource tools, training as indicated, and recommendations for improvement.  Following purchase via the website, a letter of agreement will be sent.
