Company News: Chandler Hulke Joins Pathway Health as Director of Leadership Services

Chandler comes equipped with extensive experience in senior living and long-term care, and that’s why she will be a key player in developing and implementing innovative products, resources, and education to support our clients’ interim services and emerging leaders.

Chandler’s distinguished career spans leadership roles in skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care. Her expertise covers operations, financial performance, compliance, quality systems, and mentoring leaders for performance improvement. Chandler’s collaborative leadership style focuses on identifying performance gaps and leveraging team skills to exceed operational goals.

A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Minnesota and a Licensed Health Services Executive, Chandler is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Beyond her professional achievements, her passion lies in mentoring individuals within senior care settings, aligning seamlessly with Pathway Health’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders.
