This course is designed for attendees who have already taken the INTERACT Certified Champion class, have passed the exam, and now need to re-certify.

A review of some of the exciting changes in the industry will be covered, along with strategies to work with the changes. A refreshing look at the INTERACT Quality Improvement Program will be provided along with key points on program sustainability and oversight for success!
