Description

This specialized Self-Assessment Tool is designed to assess how the participant rates themselves related to the NAB Domains of Practice, Minnesota Statutes, as well as other areas of the process to become a licensed assisted living director.

Personalized development plan is included in the results.

For an additional fee, one on one mentoring is available to those that show the need for improvement in any areas as well as the required mentoring process for the State of Minnesota.  The one on one mentoring is personally designed and intended to improve the participants pass rate for required exams.  A separate contract is required to access the Self Assessment and/or engage in one on one mentoring.
