When the scope is misunderstood or minimized, organizations face increased risk related to resident safety, documentation gaps, and regulatory exposure.
  • Preparation for Supervision, Delegation, and Documentation Oversight: Many licensed nurses step into supervisory roles without formal training in delegation, staff oversight, or documentation review. Providing targeted education in these areas strengthens clinical leadership, improves communication with unlicensed staff, and reduces errors tied to inappropriate delegation or incomplete documentation.
